We use a range of coaching tools and techniques to create rich and powerful conversation with clients. We have a specific passion for wellness coaching. We believes if individuals understand and develop their wellbeing, and introduce tools to support mental health, they can create a healthier and happier life. Wellness Team Coaching and Facilitation We specialise in coaching teams and developing and facilitating workshops to bring teams on a journey from individual self-discovery to team development, with the ultimate goal of future team success. We love working with teams, using coaching and development tools to create environments where teams can grow and develop to become a high performing teams. We have developed several leadership and talent development programmes for emerging and senior leaders. The programmes align participants to the strategic goals of the organisation and develop skills to support the organisation to achieve these goals. The programmes also focus on helping individuals to identify their career goals and develop skills to take ownership of their careers and achieve these goals. Wellness Programme Development We are qualified Corporate Wellbeing Coaches and use our energy and creativity to develop bespoke wellbeing programmes for clients. Having designed several successful corporate wellness programmes, we have developed a passion for completing thorough diagnostics to understand what an organisation and their employees need and building bespoke wellness programmes based on these needs. We ensure our wellness programmes are holistic and include a blend of physical, mental, social and financial wellness. We understands the importance of measuring success and the return on investment of wellness programmes and invest heavily in this.

She is an experienced coach, trainer and facilitator with over 16 years industry experience working with senior leaders using her strategic, innovative and positive personality to help empower others and develop strong relationship with clients. Donna is a wellbeing advocate with experience building wellbeing programmes and coaching individuals to manage their mental health and wellbeing. She truly believes that if individuals invest time in their own wellbeing they can lead a happier and healthier life.

Donna is passionate about mental health and wellness coaching, and wellness programme development. As a qualified Mental Health and Wellness coach, she understands the positive effects an investment in your own wellness and mental health can have. During her career she has developed several impactful corporate wellness programmes which increased awareness of mental health and wellness and delivered both a reduction in absenteeism and an increase in employee engagement. As a qualified Corporate Wellbeing Coach, she brings clients on a journey from completing diagnostics, to programme design and development, to measurement and evaluation, ensuring clients receive a bespoke wellness programme which meets the needs of the organisation and their employees. Donna is an experienced Senior HR Business Partner who has worked in people functions across financial services for more than 16 years, Donna has a proven ability to work with stakeholders to executive team level and uses her energetic, creative, positive personality to help empower others and develop strong relationship with clients. She has vast expertise in the areas of people strategy development including organisation development, talent management, performance management, organisational restructuring and redesign, change management, and development of team dynamics.
