a 60-minute taekwondo and mindfulness session that helps you release stress from work, leave you energised and empowered to be in action and be more productive when you are back to work
The session starts with a short meditation to help you feel grounded, present and prepare your mind to be ready for the practice. Then we will introduce basic taekwondo hand techniques like punches and strikes, and basic footwork and kicks, as well as their application in self-defence and sparring situations. At the end of the session, you will learn self defence skills, be more confident, have fun and feel energised and empowered.

About 360 Kick 4 Mental Health
360 Kick 4 Mental Health provides corporate wellbeing programme based on martial arts and health coaching. It helps professionals who works in the corporate environment to release stress at work, team building and improve mental health. Ultimately, it helps to create healthy company culture and reduce employee sick leave, so that businesses at at its vital state to be profitable and make an impact to the economy. We also provide martial arts and healthy coaching programme online, which is also suitable for businesses with people who are working remotely and look after their wellbeing while they work from home.
About Hannah Xu
I am a taekwondo coach with a black belt in taekwondo. I started 360 Kick 4 Mental Health in 2019 to provide taekwondo and mindfulness programmes to busy professionals who work under pressure. As someone who used to work in the corporate environment as a professional accountant, I’m well aware of the harm and negative effects that can arise from stress and overworking. I used to practice taekwondo in my spare time and eventually realised the immense benefits I derived from regular practice. Taekwondo made me not just physically fit but also mentally resilient and enabled me to deal with day-to-day pressure with ease and grace. In 2018, I started teaching taekwondo and later was inspired to set up my own business to support other busy people to take some time to de-stress and stay active leading optimum fitness.
